
Bray is an associate at Evans Harrison Hackett and is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Alabama. He represents a diverse range of business clients in commercial and civil litigation, focusing primarily on employment law, construction disputes, tort claims, and contract litigation. He also represents individual clients in family law matters.
In addition to his litigation practice, Bray regularly advises corporate clients on various non-litigation matters, including corporate governance and restructurings, lease agreements, and the drafting of residential and commercial contracts for real estate developers, contractors, and other business owners.
A Chattanooga native and alum of Boyd-Buchanan High School, Bray earned his Bachelor of Science in Philosophy, with a concentration in Justice, Ethics, and Law, from East Tennessee State University. He received his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law, where he served as a clerk for the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan and the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Bray is active in the legal community as a member of the Tennessee, North Carolina, and Alabama State Bar Associations, as well as the Chattanooga and Birmingham Bar Associations. He also belongs to the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and the Justices Ray L. Brock, Jr. - Robert E. Cooper American Inn of Court. While in law school, he was honored by induction into the Phi Delta Phi and Phi Alpha Delta legal honor societies.
